The new owners of this modern lake home, originally built in 2002, had recently become empty nesters. They wanted their new surroundings to reflect this change, as well as their own tastes and furnishings, which tended toward, classic coastal style. To achieve this, they requested a complete remodel of the main floor's interiors, including the kitchen and living room, the mud room and laundry, and the master bath and powder room.
